Event Date and Deposit Payment:
This promotional section rental rate is only valid for small events with a maximum of 150 guests. Events must take place within 2 months from the date of booking. The event date must fall within 8 weeks from the date of deposit payment.
Capacity Limitation:
Each section has a specific capacity limitation that must be strictly adhered to. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
Designated Event Section Rental:
This promotion allows for the rental of one designated event section per client, per day.
Management Discretion:
The management reserves the right to cancel your booking if you fail to comply with the rental terms and conditions.

Multiple Section Bookings:
The Estate reserves the right to rent out multiple sections to different clients on the same day.
Priority for Date Selection:
Clients paying the brochure rate will be given priority in selecting their preferred event date.
Deposit Refunds:
In the event of a date selection conflict due to a brochure rate client, your deposit will be returned according to the terms specified in our rental agreement.
Exclusions:
This promotional rate does not apply to full venue private bookings. If your event exceeds the specified terms, the brochure rates will apply.
